Becca is highly passionate in providing each person the care they need. Her primary goal is to EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS helping them become the best versions of themselves, and instill hope in working together. Becca firmly believes people from all walks of life DESERVE RESPECT and have a non-judgmental space to heal.
From a trauma and person-centered perspective, Becca enjoys working with teens, young adults, and adults. She has experience working in hospital settings, CRISIS MANAGEMENT, and with a variety of diagnoses such as depression and anxiety. Becca received her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is informed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy as well as Crisis Management.
