“My goal is to increase the client’s self-awareness and get them back to or finding their meaningful life through identifying maladaptive thoughts and behaviors building towards replacing them with adaptive ones. In addition, learning to sit with physical and emotional discomfort when it arises whether in personal or interpersonal experiences. Clients and families have expressed appreciation for my direct yet gentle approach and for making difficult situations seem manageable. I strongly believe in investing in the relationship with yourself before those around you as it will later feed those relations.”
